Energy Essentials Class Online Five Week

This class lays the ground work of active meditation. You will receive essential tools and techniques that will assist you on how to move energy in a new way. The Energy Essentials Class is the prerequisite for all the five week classes, most workshops, and the Intuitive Training.

This class builds on the foundation of Energy Essentials, taking your understanding of energy to the next level. In this Level Two course, you'll deepen your connection to your own energy and expand the tools you can use in daily life. Through practical techniques, you'll strengthen your personal energy, step into greater empowerment, and cultivate a stronger sense of self-trust. If you’re ready to go deeper, I’d love to have you!

Intuitive Training

This year long training, broken into two six month semesters, takes you on pathway to start trusting and clearly begin reading energy within yourself and others. Bring you a sense of awakening and awareness of when you're handling energy that is not in alignment with your truth. You must have taken the Energy Essentials to qualify to join this training. This Intuitive Training is the prerequisite for all advanced trainings.
